SMARTER is the acronym for making your goals specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound, evaluative, and rewarding; the 7Cs are claiming my goal, collaborate along the way, be consistent in my actions, maintain a clear focus, be courageous, get myself a cheerleader and celebrate when I reach a goal and the 7 Pillars of Well-being are my occupational satisfaction, physical and mental wellness, social objectives, intellectual growth, spiritual purpose, and emotional intelligence.
