How it Works
RIPPLE tailors bespoke offerings to ensure your business gets the employee experience support it needs.
1) FREE Discovery Call & Meeting - A phone chat then meeting with Kayleen Martin; RIPPLE's Employee Experience Activator. Kayleen will explain how RIPPLE works and discuss your needs.
2) Discovery Survey - We conduct online employee experience discovery surveys to measure the current level of employee engagement in the workplace to provide an initial benchmark to measure development.
3) Reporting and Recommendations - We report back to the client on the findings of the Discovery Survey(s) and make recommendations on services and programmes to address any areas of growth potential.
4) Employee Experience (EEx) Programme Activation - We agree upon the programme recommendations, activation timelines and deliverables and the programme becomes activated.
5) Satisfaction Survey & Reporting - We conduct satisfaction surveys as each programme module is completed and present you with a report on the results at the end of the programme.
6) Sustainability Survey & Reporting - We conduct a sustainability survey 3 months following the end of the programme and present you with a report on the results.
7) Extension Planning - If appropriate we will discuss an Extension Plan to build on the EEx Programme.
